Regarding reports of isolated incidents of coercion and verbal abuse in the Grada Joven Mario Alberto Kempes stand, Valencia CF:
1. Wish to publicly condemn coercion and violence in all forms in football, especially in and around our stadium, in the resounding manner that the club have always expressed ourselves on such matters.
2. An investigation has been opened this Friday, ahead of the corresponding procedures being applied to several season ticket holders. This could lead to the highest disciplinary measures being taken, with the withdrawal of their season ticket as a consequence.
3. We will take every measure necessary to protect all of our fans, so that nobody may threaten their safety or restrict their freedom of expression at our decisive game on Sunday, in which their support could help the team to reach one of our main objectives this season.
4. We will take all necessary action to guarantee the existence of a Grada Joven Mario Alberto Kempes next season with a complete absence of incidents, as well as healthy support and absolute freedom.
5. The club have opened a channel, via the e-mail address seguridad@valenciacf.es, through which to receive any complaint or claim confidentially, should anybody have witnessed or been subject to any type of threat, coercion or verbal or physical abuse.
